It may happen that the items received do not meet your expectations, the colors are different from those you selected or the size is incorrect.

The options, return and / or refund process depend on the reason for your return.

Please note that you have a 14-day cooling-off period, upon receipt of your items, to inform us of your decision to return them to us.

Items purchased in large quantities

For all items purchased in large quantities, and delivered to you by container, please contact us on the number provided. We can then discuss the reason for your return. If a solution is not found, we will collect the items and issue a refund as soon as possible.

This option is only valid for undamaged, unused products that are in their original packaging. Also this option is not applicable to personalized products, with name or logo.

Otherwise, toutpourleglise reserves the right to make you pay the costs of returns or not to take back the products and not to make any refund.

Items purchased in small quantities

For items purchased in small quantities, all you have to do is contact us by phone or email.

Following the study of the reason for your return, provided that the product is in its original packaging and not damaged, you can return the product to us via a relay point or by post to our charges and reimbursement will be made as soon as possible. note that you have 30 days to return the products to toutpourleglise .

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
